Museum of Jewish culture in Bratislava

Discover the history and culture of Jews living in Slovakia since the time of the Great Moravian Empire. Permanent exhibition of Jewish culture in Slovakia is presenting the daily life and customs of the Jewish population, Jewish holidays, the interior of the synagogues and famous Jewish personalities from Slovakia.

In the museum you can admire textile curtains, candlesticks, jugs faience, funeral fraternity lamps, eternal light lamps, crowns, shields and pointers to the Torah and the historical books including works of famous rabbi from Bratislava Chatam Sofer.
Exhibition is located in the premises of  Zsigray mansion on the Jewish street 17 in Bratislava.

Admission:
Adults € 7.00, children / students up to 25 years - € 2.00

Opening hours:
Mon – Fri 11:00 to 17:00 | Sun 11:00 to 17:00
