pleasant staff with very friendly and personal approach which is exactly what I prefer,
fresh fruit for breakfast – a buffet breakfast is always the best for me as usually they have fruit there which was also the case at the Danubia Gate. I was really grateful for that as I don’t eat what is called ”traditional breakfast” with bread, ham, sausages, eggs etc. (to be honest, there’s nothing I can choose from traditional or Western or British breakfast.) REVIEW: A STAY AT THE DANUBIA GATE HOTEL, BRATISLAVA
As we had a flight out of Bratislava Airport early in the morning, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to spend the night in Slovakia's capital and relax before the day of travelling ahead. Due to an early start the next day, I was looking for a hotel which could offer comfort, relaxation and a little bit of luxury too. I am delighted to say I found exactly what I was looking for at the Danubia Gate Hotel. Located in a quiet area, a short 5 minute walk from the heart of the city, it enables you to both enjoy the sites and sounds of Bratislava whilst ensuring you get a good night's sleep.
