What personal information we require from you?

We collect your information when you fill in the form on the website, when you make an on-line reservation or when you subscribe to the newsletter. However, you may visit our website anonymously, too. When making on-line reservation, you need to fill in the following information: name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number. When you fill in online check-in form, you need to fill in the following information: name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, date of birth and passport or ID number. When you fill-in an online form, your IP adress will be recorded as well.

How do we use your personal data?

We use your personal data for processing and confirmation of reservations, in order to reply to your questions, for the purpose of informing about the news and special offers in the form of a newsletter, if you request it.
The personal information you provide to us, will not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.

Communication by e-mail and telephone

The e-mail address, which you provide when booking your accommodation, or when filling in another form on the website, will be used for sending you information and updates concerning your reservation. The e-mail address you provide in the contact form will be used for communication with you in the matter of your query. If telephone communication is necessary, we will contact you by telephone using the telephone number you will have provided to us. Your telephone number will not be used for marketing purposes, but only for communication regarding your order or request.

If you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for sending special offers and news no more than 1-2 times a month. The consent is granted for 3 years and can be revoked by clicking on the link to unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter or you can contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
