1. Turkey breast with  bryndza sauce, roasted potatoes with bacon – 7

2. Beef goulash with oyster mushroom and fried onion, dumpling – 1,3,7

Thursday:

Minestrone soup – 7,12 / Poultry broth with vegetables and noodles- 1,3,9

1. Chicken medallions with apple and camembert, rice with herbs – 7

2. Creamy gnocchi with baby spinach, raisins, nuts and ham – 1,3,7

Friday:

Spinach soup with egg – 3,7 / Poultry broth with vegetables and noodles- 1,3,9

1. Chicken steak stuffed with basil and cheese, steamed rice – 7

2. Stewed pork loin in wine with vegetables, roasted egg burley – 1,3,7,12

Possibility to change side dishes for salad with daily menu for 1 €. Soup of the day is served with De Luxe, Vegan  and FIT menu. The minimal weight of a meat component before thermal modification is 150g, the weight of a side after thermal modification is 150g, if not stated otherwise. The side dish per additional request free of charge. The soup is approximately 0.22l. In case of the soup of the day not being available, poultry broth  will be offered as a substitute.
